Stephen Rogers

PRINCIPAL ADVISER

Foundry is spearheaded by one of the finance industry's best known portfolio advisers, Stephen Rogers, who has a twenty five year record of managing private portfolios. A testament to that effort is that most of Stephen's clients - amounting to tens of millions of dollars - have been with him from the beginning and have stayed.

Stephen recently became the principal share holder of Foundry when he acquired the business from The Business Bakery.

Michael Jeffs

MANAGING DIRECTOR
COMPLIANCE COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN

Michael Jeffs has over 20 years experience holding senior financial and investment management roles within financial services in New Zealand. Most recently, Michael was Chief Operating Officer, and a Director of Goldman Sachs JBWere (NZ) Limited as well as a partner of Goldman Sachs JBWere Pty Limited.

Michael has a strong background in regulatory compliance, treasury and risk management in the securities and investment banking industry and is currently a member of the NZ Markets Disciplinary Tribunal. Michael is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has been a member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1990.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Auckland University (1987) and an NZX Diploma (1991). Michael has had NZX Advisor status with the NZ Stock Exchange since 1994.

Christopher Swasbrook

INVESTMENT COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN

Christopher Swasbrook is currently Managing Director of Elevation Capital Management Limited a boutique global fund manager.

He was previously a partner of Goldman Sachs JBWere Pty Limited and Co-Head of Institutional Equities at Goldman Sachs JBWere (NZ) Limited. He was a full member of the New Zealand Stock Exchange from 2000 - 2007 and is currently a member of the NZX listing sub-committee.

His stock broking career began in 1995 when he was employed as an equity analyst at ANZ McCaughan Securities (NZ) Limited. Christopher graduated from the University of Auckland with a BCom (Economics) in 1995.

John O'Sullivan

DIRECTOR

John is currently Director of O'Sullivan Capital Management an independent distributor of managed funds in Asia/Pacific and New Zealand and also Non Executive Director of LM Investment management Australia. John has held a number of senior management positions. He was previously CEO of Sterling Portfolio Management. He was Managing Partner of Reeves Moses Investor Care Auckland, Director of Oceanic Funds Management Australia and New Zealand Manager of Sun Alliance Asset Management.

Nathan Jolly

INVESTMENT ADVISER

Nathan Jolly has been an Investment Adviser since early 2008, but has maintained a strong personal interest in the investment markets for many years. A former teacher, he holds a NZX Diploma and a BSc from Auckland University, and he is a Member of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA).

Victoria Rogers

PORTFOLIO ADMINISTRATOR

Victoria has 16 years experience in the investment services industry, 9 years of which were in London. She holds a Diploma in Business and Certificate in Management from Auckland Unitec.
